  • Why Rhinestones?
    Why not rhinestones? They can be so sparkly and glimmering, especially when the light catches them 😍 There are rhinestones available to meet nearly any budget! Acrylic and resin/jelly are a wallet-friendly alternative to glass and come in a variety of colors and finishes. Glass rhinestones will sparkle much more and will sparkle forever if taken care of properly, and look phenomenal on gifts! The most dazzling of them all are the Preciosa, Maxima and Swarovski rhinestones, and just WOW! Upgrading to one of these will give you the best glitz and sparkle available, especially for special items such as a custom pair of shoes for your wedding or your business logo!
  • Colors, why so many colors?
    Color is fun, that's why! The best way to convey color expectations is with paint color cards! Sometimes when a picture is screenshotted or edited, it's really hard to determine the true color you are going for. Using a paint app like Sherwin Williams Color Snap or paint cards picked up from a home improvement store can convey the right information needed to make your product as stunning as possible.
  • How long will my order take?
    Anything embellished is made to order, so delivery times will vary depending on the quantity and complexity of your order. Just know that I want to get it to your hands as quickly as possible! 😍 Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, we will contact you and let you know. International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from the United States. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4+ weeks to arrive. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping (domestic) or 60 days (international), and we will not replace an item sooner than this. We will not accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.

    I want you to be happy with your order and purchase! Like over the moon, ecstatic, enamored, obsessed happy! But in case there's a hiccup, please contact me right away so I can find a resolution, no later than 30 days of sale date, 14 days of delivery date, ​ All refund, return, exchange and cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with any refunds being issued in the form of store credit, gift card or a one-time use promo code, minus any shipping or order processing costs. ​ Custom and personalized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
